Returns
We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Unused Condition:The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase:You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
- Return Authorization:You must obtain a return authorization from our customer service team before returning the product.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 30 days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Please note the following:
- Shipping Costs:Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Restocking Fee:A restocking fee may apply to returned products, depending on the circumstances.
- Bespoke or Customized Products:For products that are bespoke or manufactured specifically for you, we reserve the right to refuse returns or offer partial refunds. These products are made-to-order and cannot be resold to other customers.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
